For the safety of your animals and those around Ca la Montse and Can Xisquet. Newcomers can cause accidents and / or attacks. Pets of any kind are not allowed inside the houses for the safety of people with allergies.

Ca la Montse is a house for up to 12 people and Can Xisquet up to 10 people. Adults, children and babies must be notified. If you wish to have guests to spend the day, you must make a request in advance and failure to accept may result in an additional surcharge.

We are in a park Biosphere Reserve .With the silence you can hear the bell tower of Viladrau which is 3.5 km away.The mountains that surround the valley we are in bounce and amplify the sound .

We have cots, highchairs and a baby bath.

The rooms in our houses are double, with double beds or twin beds. The possibilities for changing this layout are very limited.

To make the reservation of the house effective, a payment and deposit (indicated in the contract) was made by bank transfer.The rest of the payment is made in cash on arrival .

Upon arrival, You will be asked for the names, surnames, address and ID of all those over the age of 16, for the form that we must send to the police.

Check-in and check-out times are specified in the contract .Check-in time is from 5pm.In the case of weekly rentals, the departure time is at 10am.On weekend contracts (unless otherwise specified) the departure time is until 8pm.

Tourist tax applies per person per night (over the age of 16, up to a maximum of 7 nights) The houses for tourist use in the area where we are, is € 1.10 person / night Rural tourism houses is € 0.66 per person / night

La fiança, especificada en el contracte, es diposita mitjançant transferència bancària abans de l'arribada. Aquesta es retornarà al número de compte que ens facilitin, en els cinc dies següents a la finalització de l'estada, si no s'aprecien danys, pendents o incompliments del contracte.

No, no oferim l'opció de "No contact/Contactless stay". Som un allotjament, no un lloguer. Això significa que vetllem pel bon manteniment de les instal·lacions i dels espais exteriors, així com per la cura i benestar de les cabretes que pasturen als voltants de la casa. Tot i això, no accedim a l'interior dels allotjaments excepte en cas de necessitat (per resoldre alguna incidència) i sempre previ coneixement i consentiment de l'hoste. La nostra prioritat és garantir que els nostres hostes puguin desconnectar del dia a dia i connectar amb l'entorn, la seva història i la seva bellesa natural. Procurem ser el màxim de discrets i no interferir en l'estada dels nostres visitants, però estem sempre disponibles per resoldre qualsevol dubte, consulta o petició. És important destacar que, avui dia, sovint es confon privacitat amb atenció. Nosaltres ens comprometem a oferir una atenció propera però respectuosa: els atendrem amb professionalitat, però en cap moment revelarem informació sobre la seva estada a tercers (excepte el registre obligatori als Mossos d'Esquadra). No sol·licitem fotografies, autògrafs ni promovem converses innecessàries. El nostre objectiu és que gaudeixin plenament de la seva experiència amb total tranquil·litat i llibertat.
